WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN ORDERING: Big Coconuts uses PayPal as our secure server to ensure confidence in your purchase and total security when using your credit card or PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase products from Big Coconuts. We use PayPal service to ensure security for your protection and consumer confidence. Orders may be processed over the phone as well. Call our Toll Free number to place your order.

ORDERS
All orders are processed within (2) two days and shipped promptly. Exception of prompt shipping is subject to availability. All orders not in stock will be shipped ASAP. Out of stock items will be notified to customer with a timeline of delivery estimate.
Please note: All Swimwear is made to order. Please expect 9 - 12 days for delivery. During Spring and early summer our manufacturing timeline can reach 12 -16 days. For questions about our manufacturing timeline please contact us for current schedule.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is not collected except sales within the state of Florida.

PERSONAL INFORMATION Any and all personal information received by Big Coconuts or its affiliates will not be given or sold to any outside company for further commercial use or sales. Big Coconuts is a subsidiary of JSG Inc. All charges for Big Coconuts products will appear as JSG Inc. on credit card receipt or PayPal account.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note: Due to the recent amount of fraudulent charges from outside the USA - Big Coconuts only ships to USA & Canada. If interested in shipping to outside the USA please contact for individual consideration.

SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped first class by USPS (United States Postal Service). First class USPS delivery estimate inside the United States is approximatly 3-7 days. (Canada residents please allow 4-9 days) Any other form of shipping requested by the customer that is more costly than first class USPS is added to the total. If you have any questions on shipping, please email us. Please allow slightly longer shipping times during holiday seasons.

SHIPPING CHARGES
All shipping charges are displayed on each product page for the first item put in your cart.
Save 50% on shipping when adding multiple items to order. Your first item is $4.50 S&H and each additional item is 50% off S&H.

RETURN POLICY
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase, for exchange only. You must email or call for a return authorization number. Items for exchange must be unused and the return authorization number on the outside of the package. No refunds. All shipping and insurance charges will be paid by you. Special cut items and items ordered unlined, are not returnable. Swim suits are non-returnable so please check our size charts before you purchase. If you need assistance for proper sizing please contact us.
